Henry Fonda and Eli Wallach sweat it out as two petty criminals on the lam by sneaking onto the jury of (spoiler!) their own trial! The brilliant spring to this fabulous mouse-trap of a movie is that their own sense of justice forces them to convince the rest of the jury that they are, indeed, GUILTY! Rumor is that Richard Nixon hated this film, and after watching, you'll understand why as your heart swells with pride for the blind lady with the scales.
